The second instalment of the hotly anticipated V.A.L.T.A Shield (Victoria and Lebanon Touch Associations) will be conducted on Saturday 7th November in Sydney with the Victorian and Lebanon Men’s teams going head to head for bragging rights for the next twelve months as well as the Victorian Women’s and Wests Women’s 20′s in the VicWest Cup.
