Vipers would like to announce that the club will be hosting our VT League trials for both Men’s and Women’s teams on Sunday 19th September and Sunday 3rd October 2010 @ 10am.

Vipers are extremely excited to announce the re-appointment of Stewart Dracup and Shauna Hammond as the club’s VT League coaches in 2010/11.
Stewart will once again lead the current Men’s VT Premiers for his 4th consecutive season and for the first time as a non playing coach. Stewart brings a wealth of coaching experience and success to the club with appointments with Victorian State teams during his coaching career with the Women’s Open team as well as a major contributor to the State’s senior representative programs over the years. Stu has also been a integral part of team titles with Triton and Vipers more recently.
Shauna also brings a wealth of success and experience to the club and will lead the 2008 premiers back into battle for her 3rd season as Head Coach of the Vipers Women’s team. Shauna recently coached the State W27′s team to the semi’s of the 2010 NTL’s in March and was Head Coach of the State’s first National title winning team the 2007 W27′s. She has lead the team to 2 consecutive VT Finals over the last 2 season and captured the title in 2008.
Vipers wishes both coaches the best for the upcoming season.
The winter touch finals have come and gone and with Vipers having 3 teams in this years fnals series andwith 2 of those team making it all the way to the Grand Final at their respective competitions.

Vipers Sports Club is calling for Expressions of Interest from all current and new players for the Summer season of Touch Football.
The season is expected to commence in mid October so please let the club know your intentions and secure your spot early. The winter seasons of touch are reaching their conclusions at the various park comp’s around Melbourne and with Vipers featuring at both Albert Park and Fawkner Park in season 2010 it should be another successful year. (more…)
Vipers are calling for expressions of interest (EOI) from Men’s and Women’s players who wish to compete for the club in the 2010 VT League competition set to commence in Oct/Nov.
The VT League competition is the Premier competition in the State and attracts the best players and officials. More details regarding VT can be found in the VT section of this site.
So if you are interested in playing in 2010 for Vipers then send us a email so we can alert you directly of when the clubs trials will be conducted.
Vipers Footy tipping is set and ready to go, cost is just $25 per person per footy code and with cash prizes up for grabs at the end of each codes season not to mention the title of Vipers AFL, NRL or Super 14 Tipping Champion!
